  မြန္ျပည္နယ္၊ က်ဳိက္မေရာျမိဳ႕နယ္တြင္ တစ္ေန႔လ်ွင္ ဘိလပ္ေျမတန္၅၀၀၀က် ဘိလပ္ေျမစက္ရုံၾကီး တည္ေဆာက္ေတာ့မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းမြန္ျပည္နယ္အစိုးရအဖဲြ႕မွ တာ၀န္ရွိသူတစ္ဦးက  ေျပာၾကားသည္။

တန္၅၀၀၀က် ဘိလပ္ေျမစက္ရုံၾကီးကို ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံသားပုိင္ Pacific LinkCementCo.,Ltd. နွင့္ ထုိင္းနုိင္ငံမွ SCG Cement Co.,Ltd.(ဆင္တံဆိပ္ဘိလပ္ေျမ) တို႔က အက်ဳိးတူ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္မည္ျဖစ္ရာ စက္ရုံတည္ေဆာက္ ထုတ္လုပ္မႈအတြက္ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံရင္းနွီးျမႈပ္နွံမႈေကာ္မတီ(MIC)၏ ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္ရရွိျပီး       သတၱဳတြင္း၀န္ၾကီးဌာန၏ ထုံးေက်ာက္ထုတ္လုပ္ခြင့္၊ မြန္ျပည္နယ္အစိုးရအဖဲြ႕၏ ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္တို႔ရရွိျပီးျဖစ္

သည္။

       စက္ရုံတည္ေဆာက္ရန္ ေျမဧက၁၃၀၀နီးပါးအသုံးျပဳရမည္ျဖစ္ျပီး ယင္းအက်ယ္အ၀န္းရရွိေအာင္ 

 ေဒသခံတို႔၏လယ္ေျမနွင့္ဥယ်ာဥ္ျခံေျမတို႔ကို လက္ရွိကာလေပါက္ေစ်းနႈန္းအတုိင္း ၀ယ္ယူေပးလ်က္ရွိရာ ၀ယ္ယူရန္ ဧကအနည္းငယ္မွ်သာ က်န္ရွိေတာ့ေၾကာင္း အစိုးရအဖြ႕ဲမွ တာ၀န္ရွိသူက ဆိုပါသည္။အဆိုပါ စက္ရုံတည္ေဆာက္မႈကို က်ဳိက္မေရာျမိဳ႕နယ္ ေကာ့မေနာ၊ ေကာ့ဒြန္း၊ေပါက္ေတာ၊ကြမ္ငန္း ေက်းရြာ

မ်ားအနီးရွိ ပ်ားေတာင္ေနရာတြင္ ယခုနွစ္မိုးရာသီအကုန္တြင္ စတင္တည္ေဆာက္သြားမည္ ျဖစ္သည္။ စက္ရုံမတည္ေဆာက္ခင္ ကုမၼဏီအေနျဖင့္ ေဒသဖြံ႕ျဖဳိးတိုးတက္ေရးအတြက္ ခရုံ-ေကာ့ပေနာ ၁၀ မုိင္အရွည္ ေျမသားလမ္းအား ၁၄ ေပအက်ယ္ ကြန္ကရစ္လမ္းနွင့္ ၄င္းလမ္းတေလ်ွာက္ရွိ စာသင္ေက်ာင္းမ်ားအား ျပဳျပင္ေပးျခင္းကို အရင္ဆုံးျပဳလုပ္ေပးသြားမည္ဟု သိရသည္။

          ဆင္တံဆိပ္ ဘိလပ္ေျမ (SCG) ကုမၼဏီသည္ ကမာၻ႕ဘိလပ္ေျမ တင္ပို႔ေရာင္းခ်မႈ၏ ၄၀ရာခုိင္နႈန္းကို ရရွိထားျပီး ထုိင္းနုိင္ငံတြင္ လည္ပတ္ထုတ္လုပ္ေနသည့္ ဘိလပ္ေျမစက္ရုံမ်ားသည္ သဘာ၀ ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ မထိခုိက္ေအာင္ အဓိကထားလုပ္ေဆာင္လ်ွက္ရွိရာ မြန္ျပည္နယ္၌ စက္ရုံတည္ေဆာက္ရာတြင္လည္း ယင္းကဲ့သို႔ လုပ္ေဆာင္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။ စက္ရုံလည္ပတ္ရာတြင္ အသံဆူညံမႈ မရွိျခင္း၊ ထုံးေက်ာက္ေတာင္မ်ား မိုင္းခဲြရာတြင္ အသံမထြက္ျခင္း၊ ဖုန္မႈန္႕မထြက္ျခင္းစသည့္ေခတ္မီနည္းပညာမ်ားကို အသုံးျပဳ၍ လုပ္ေဆာင္သြားမည္ ျဖစ္ျပီး လုိအပ္ပါ ကသဘာ၀ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ ပ်က္စီးဆုံးရႈံးမႈမရွိေအာင္ သစ္ေတာဌာနတစ္ခုကို ဖြဲ႕စည္းျခင္းတို႔ကို  ျပဳလုပ္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းသိရသည္။ ထို႔ျပင္ စက္ရုံနွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ ေက်းရြာလူထု ပါ၀င္စြက္ဖက္ၾကည့္ရႈေလ့လာနုိင္ရန္ႏွင့္ အၾကံျပဳနုိင္ရန္ စက္ရုံအတြင္း ရက္သတၱပတ္လ်ွင္တစ္ရက္ ၀င္ေရာက္ၾကည့္ရႈခြင့္ ျပဳမည္ျဖစ္ျပီး ေဒသခံ ျပည္သူမ်ားအား စက္ရုံ၏ လိုအပ္သည့္ ၀န္ထမ္း၏ ၉၀ ရာခုိင္နႈန္းအား အလုပ္အကိုင္ ဖန္တီးေပးသြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။စက္ရုံအတြက္ အလုပ္လုပ္

ကိုင္သူမ်ားအား လိုအပ္လ်ွင္ ပညာေတာ္သင္ေစလႊတ္ ေပးသြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။ ဘိလပ္ေျမစက္ရုံ စတင္လည္ပတ္ပါက ထိုင္းနုိင္ငံမွျမန္မာနုိင္ငံသို႔ တင္ပို႔လ်က္ရွိသည့္ ဆင္အမွတ္တံဆိပ္ ဘိလပ္ေျမမ်ားကို မတင္သြင္းေတာ့ဘဲစက္ရုံမွ ထြက္ရွိေသာ ဘိလပ္ေျမမ်ားကို ျမန္မာ တစ္နုိင္ငံလုံးသို႔ျဖန္႔ခ်ီသြားမည္ ျဖစ္သည္။ စက္ရုံမွ ထြက္ရွိေသာ ဘိလပ္ေျမတခ်ဳိ႕အား ျပည္ပနုိင္ငံသို႔ တင္ပို႔ေရာင္းခ်ရန္ ေပါက္ေတာေက်းရြာမွ အတၳရံျမစ္သ႔ိုမီတာ ၃၀၀၀၀ ေက်ာ္ တူးေျမာင္းေဖာက္လုပ္၍ ေရလမ္းေၾကာင္းျဖင့္ အသုံးျပဳသြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိသည္။

ဘိလပ္ေျမစက္ရံုေက်ာက္ဆည္သည္ မႏၱေလးတိုင္း ေက်ာက္ဆည္ျမိဳ႕၏ အေရွ႕ဘက္ (၆)မိုင္အကြာ သံေတာ္ျမတ္ေတာင္၏ (၁)မိုင္တြင္ တည္ရွိျပီး (၆၈၄.၆၂)ဧက က်ယ္၀န္းပါသည္။

Myanmar global investment forum to be held in Nay Pyi Taw

Euromoney, world's leading organizer of conferences, will launch Myanmar Global Investment forum at Myanmar International Convention Center (MICC)in Nay Pyi Taw, the new capital of Myanmar, local media reported Monday.

Co-hosted with the Myanmar Investment Commission and supported by the Ministries of Industry, Energy and Commerce, the event will explore the opportunities available for foreign capital interested in taking part in one of the most exciting investment stories.

Ministerial officials from the President's Office, energy sector and Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) official, US ambassador Derek Mitchell, bankers, traders and investors will participate in the forum to be held from Sept. 12 to 13.

Panel discussions will center around investment opportunities in Myanmar's main industries, including oil and gas, agriculture, infrastructure, real estate, private equity and manufacturing.

Over 400 foreign investors are expected to attend the event, joined by Myanmar leading businesses and politicians.

According to statistics, Myanmar drew 57 million US dollars' foreign investment in July this year, hitting 41.086 billion dollars as of the end of the month since late 1988 when the country opened to such investment.

Over the past two months, businessmen from the United States and other Western countries visited Myanmar to explore business opportunities and gather information on the government's economic programs.

Meanwhile, Myanmar's new foreign investment law is under discussion in the ongoing parliament session in Nay Pyi Taw, involving the House's committee, commission, entrepreneurs and scholars.

Asian Cement Trade Seminar

A seminar on cement trade and businesses of Asian countries will be held at Sedona Hotel on 13 and 14 September.The seminar will mainly be attended by entrepreneurs from China which is the top cement producing country, Indian businesses and cement exporters from Thailand for enabling local cement entrepreneurs to have cement production and better techniques.
